Tolleson Union High School District offers a unique star quality in our 3rd Semester Summer Academy Program customized for your child’s needs. All summer academy programs will be held at LaJoya Community High School located at 11650 W. Whyman Avenue in Avondale. You are invited to register for one of our programs designed to provide multiple educational opportunities, including Summer Success, Summer eLearning, CTE Career Exploration, and Summer Advancement.

Tolleson Union School District's Food Services Department announces the sponsorship of the 2013 Summer Food Service Program for all students participating in summer academy programs. This program provides free breakfast and lunch meals during the summer break to any child between 1 to18 years of age living in the neighborhood along with students attending summer academy programs at LaJoya Community High School. Any student can participate in the meal program, even if they are not registered in a summer program.

Breakfast and lunch will be served in the LaJoya Community High School Cafeteria. The Summer Food Service Program will run from June 6, 2013 to July 3, 2013. We encourage you to take advantage of this wonderful opportunity provided during our summer sessions. Schedules for breakfast and lunch will be posted on the first day of each summer program.
