You will need the following documents to begin the registration process at Copper Canyon High School:
- Birth certificate
- Immunization Records
- Proof of Residency (utility bill, rental agreement/purchase contract)
- Withdrawal Form (during school year only)
- Unofficial Transcripts
- Promotion Certificate
After you present these forms, you will receive a registration packet of additional forms that must be completed. Your student will also need to take placement tests for reading and math.
